  • 單擊此處編輯母版標題樣式,單擊此處編輯母版文本樣式,第二級,第三級,第四級,第五級,*,商務(wù)英語寫作,_,Chapter one,An overview of business writing,課程簡介,本課程是國際商務(wù)從業(yè)人員必備的,核心業(yè)務(wù)課程之一通過介紹公司商務(wù)活動中各種英文業(yè)務(wù)函件的寫作格式和內(nèi)容,使學生在相對真實的商務(wù)環(huán)境中提高英語水平熟練掌握商務(wù)活動中常用的基本術(shù)語及表達技能,培養(yǎng)和提高業(yè)務(wù)工作能力.,課程內(nèi)容,本課程主要學習信例,尤其是學習商務(wù)運作環(huán)節(jié)中有代表性的信例為了適應國際寫作趨勢的變化及滿足商務(wù)環(huán)境的需要,將教授包括備忘錄、銷售信、邀請信、投訴、理賠、申請信、報告、英文簡歷、合同等在內(nèi)的多種形式的信函寫作學習方法,商務(wù)英語寫作是一門實踐操作性很強的課程也就是說,要達到正確擬寫商務(wù)信函及各種商務(wù)公函的目的,僅有理論是遠遠不夠的還必須通過理論聯(lián)系實際的方法,大量練習書寫商務(wù)活動中各種有代表性的信函,才能深入體會何為七個“,CS”,寫作的基礎(chǔ)理論知識更重要的是通過學習信例,熟悉各類信函中所包括的詞匯、短語、句型以及習慣表達方式等等,以求達到掌握并熟練使用的目的溝通無處不在,Plan Products,Hire,Training,Motive,Coordinate,Persuade,Bill,Build,Goodwill,溝通的形式,Verbal Communication,1.face to face,2.Phone conversations,3.Informal meetings,4.Email messages,5.Letters,6.Memos,7.Reports,溝通的形式,Nonverbal communication,1.Pictures,2.Logo,3.The size of office,4.Facial expressions,5.Eye contact,6.Gestures,7.Body language,溝通的七個要素,Source,Audience,Goal,Context,Message,Media,Feedback,小案例:入鄉(xiāng)隨俗,美國統(tǒng)一聯(lián)合有限公司,認為時機已經(jīng)成熟,該把它在國內(nèi)銷售給兩代人的精美產(chǎn)品推廣到全世界了。
